Grammy-Award winning artist Chris Tomlin has unveiled his seventeenth album, a new full-length worship project titled “ALWAYS.”
The album comprises 13 tracks, all of which were co-written by Chris Tomlin himself, except for the classic song “Oh Lord, You’re Beautiful” by Keith Green. The title track “Always,” which is also the album’s first single, is inspired by Hebrews 13:8, emphasizing that “Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”
“ALWAYS” features collaborations with notable artists including Elevation Worship, Steffany Gretzinger, and Brandon Lake. The album was produced by a talented team including Ben Glover, Jeff Sojka, Bryan Fowler, Ed Cash, Jonathan Smith, and Dave Haywood of Lady A, who co-produced “The Answer.”
To celebrate the release of “ALWAYS,” Chris Tomlin was honored by Capitol Christian Music Group for achieving 12 million in career global album equivalents. This recognition comes on the heels of the success of his previous album, “Chris Tomlin & Friends,” which debuted at #1 and featured the hit song “Who You Are To Me” with Lady A.
