Serving as the lead single from her forthcoming EP MEMORADUM, set to release on October 3, the project is now available for pre-save.

Speaking on the inspiration behind the single, DiMarco shares: “I wrote the song right when we moved after living somewhere for 15 years. People have a tendency to pour everything they have into a place, into community, into people when they believe nothing’s going to change and they’ll be there forever. When we settled into our new house, I sat down at the piano and thought: What would I want to tell my kids about the transitions that life often brings? I’d want to tell them: Plant your trees anyway. Grow your flowers like you’ll stay—because the ones before you did the same, and they knew that to everything there’s a season, and our days on earth are few. So, plant the seeds in your pockets, even if they’re not for you.”
