Award-winning singer, songwriter, and storyteller Matthew West is ushering in the holiday season with the announcement of his brand-new Christmas album, Come Home For Christmas, set for release on October 10. The project will be brought to life on stage during West’s seven-city Come Home For Christmas Tour, launching December 11 in select cities across the U.S. Tickets will be available beginning Friday, September 12 at 10 a.m. local time via matthewwest.com

Known as “one of Christian music’s most prolific singer-songwriters” (Billboard), West promises a festive mix of original songs and timeless holiday favorites, all delivered with his heartfelt storytelling style. The album draws listeners back to the true spirit of Christmas—faith, family, and the moments that matter most.

The upcoming tour follows West’s fourth annual Come Home For Christmas weekend in Nashville, kicking off December 4. Fans will also be able to engage with the season through his companion book Come Home For Christmas, already available online.

This announcement caps off a landmark year for West. He recently signed with The Neal Agency, celebrated a No. 1 Christian Airplay hit with Jon Reddick’s “No Fear” (marking his 38th career No. 1), and continues his nationwide Don’t Stop Praying Tour this fall. Earlier in 2025, West also released “Growing Up & Growing Old”, co-hosted the K-LOVE Fan Awards for the eighth year, and won the Book Impact Award for his devotional My Story, Your Glory.
