“What if the entire global Church gathered? How might the world be changed?” That’s the question that several Christian organizations and ministries began to dream about throughout 2023. From that, Gather25, a historic worldwide gathering of Christians of all nations, denominations and generations happening March 1st, 2025, was born.

The event, hosted in-person and virtually from every continent, will bring as many of the world’s 2.5 billion Christians together for 25 straight hours of prayer, worship, repentance and commissioning.

Last year, Founder and Visionary Jennie Allen began assembling a team including YouVersion, The Bible Project, illumiNations and more, to bring the idea of Gather25 to life and envision the next 10 years of the church.

“We are thrilled to announce this historic gathering of the Church,” says Allen. “We are inviting every man, woman, and child who follows Jesus –  from every continent – to come together on March 1, 2025. We desire to see the global Church mobilized around one mission: to ‘go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.’ It won’t be a gathering of the global Church without you! Come join us at”

While Gather25 will take place in stadiums, event spaces and churches across the globe, with modern technology and real-time translations, the event will also reach people in living rooms, dorms and more via television broadcast, radio, and livestream with the mission of mobilizing the entire church to reach and make disciples of the 5.5 billion people who do not yet believe in Jesus.
