A distinguished lineup of Christian music artists, worship leaders, and choirs will gather at Washington, D.C.’s iconic Kennedy Center on July 3, 2026, for The Freedom Gathering: A Musical Celebration of God & Country, a special event honoring America’s 250th anniversary through worship, music, and reflection.

Headlining the event are Southern Gospel favorites Ernie Haase & Signature Sound, acclaimed worship leader and vocalist Charles Billingsley, renowned singer TaRanda Greene, award-winning comedian and musician Tim Lovelace, and gifted saxophonist Uriel Vega. Together, they will deliver a program designed to celebrate both faith and freedom.
At the heart of the evening will be the 300-voice American Festival Choir, a massive ensemble featuring singers from leading church choirs, including Prestonwood Baptist Church in Dallas and First Baptist Church Woodstock in Atlanta.
