Renowned Christian artist Chris Tomlin began his “An Evening of Worship” tour, and every concert was already sold out. On the launch day, Chris received a nomination for the Billboard Music Awards in the Top Christian Song category for his song “Holy Forever.”

Chris expressed his gratitude, saying, “I am truly at a loss for words… I hopped on a plane yesterday to start a tour that is completely sold out, and found out on the flight that ‘Holy Forever’ has been nominated for a Billboard Music Award.”

The “2023 Billboard Music Awards” (BBMAs) celebrate the music industry’s greatest achievements, honoring artists based on their performance on the Billboard charts. The awards ceremony will be held on Sunday, November 19th.

The “An Evening of Worship Tour” features new songs from Tomlin’s chart-topping album, “Always,” including the Grammy-nominated hit “Holy Forever,” which spent six weeks at #1 on the Christian chart. This song marked a historic achievement, as it held the #1 position on a radio chart for over three years, totaling 158+ weeks.

The tour, promoted by Transparent Productions, will benefit “Food for the Hungry,” and singer/songwriter Pat Barrett, signed to Chris’ Bowyer & Bow record label, is the special guest on the tour.
