GMA Dove Award winner, K-LOVE Fan Awards Male Vocalist of the Year, and three-time GRAMMY nominee Danny Gokey has unveiled the official music video for his brand-new holiday single, “The Moment The Whole World Changed,” now available everywhere.
The song celebrates the awe-inspiring significance of the birth of Christ, reminding listeners of the true meaning behind the Christmas season. The official music video, directed by Gokey himself, features a powerful performance accompanied by a radiant church choir and a lush string section.
“Getting the opportunity to direct this video was extremely fun and fostered a deeper level of creativity,” shares Gokey. “There’s something very fulfilling about bringing a vision to life—from conception to completion, not just through the music, but visually too. This song is very meaningful to me in a lot of ways, and being behind the camera let me make sure every frame captured the heart behind the lyrics. Working with a new, talented photography director named Hunter Ward allowed me to see this Christmas message come alive in all the ways I had envisioned it.”
Kicking off on November 22 at Carnegie Hall, Gokey will embark on the 10th anniversary of the Celebrate Christmas Tour alongside GMA Female Vocalist of the Year Natalie Grant.
