Recording artist Darrell Vaughn of Rockpile Church has released his new worship single, “Worship the Lord of Life,” featuring the title track, “Lord of Life.”
Rooted in the relationship between believers and Jesus, the project reflects on His love, the way He seeks people out, and the spiritual and physical gifts He gives. At its heart is a simple response: to love Him in return and worship Him.
The title track draws inspiration from several passages of Scripture. The first verse references Psalm 73:25, while the second alludes to the Good Shepherd imagery found in Luke 15. The chorus is inspired by James 1:17, bringing together themes of gratitude, devotion, and God’s goodness.
Musically, “Lord of Life” carries an upbeat and positive feel, complementing its message of faith and celebration. Vaughn hopes the song will encourage listeners to reflect on their relationship with Jesus and find renewed joy in worship.
