Singer/songwriter and recording artist Jean Watson has recently unveiled her highly anticipated Christmas album titled ‘Behold: Carols of Worship’. This release marks Watson’s twentieth year in the music ministry and holds a special significance in her life.

In 2003, Watson’s landlord overheard her singing Christmas carols and was so moved by her talent that he returned her rent money and encouraged her to use it to record her first album. This marked the beginning of a ministry that has taken Watson all around the world, sharing the love of Christ through her music.

‘Behold: Carols of Worship’ is a six-song EP that offers a collection of traditional classic carols, freshly arranged by Watson to create a sumptuous worship experience. The album features Grammy-winning producer Jonathan Crone, known for his work with artists like Dolly Parton, Amy Grant, CeCe Winans, and Danny Gokey. Additionally, Tyler Smith, renowned for his string arrangements for Michael W. Smith, contributes his talent to several songs on the album.

Listeners can also enjoy a guest appearance by ASCAP and Dove Award winner Phil Keaggy, who lends his electric guitar skills to the project.

Watson expresses her excitement about sharing this new music with the world, and her hope is that these worshipful carols inspire listeners to pause and reflect on the significance of Christmas and all that God has done.
