Jennifer Lynn is an award nominated singer/songwriter from the Niagara Region in Ontario, Canada. She released her debut album entitled “Bluebird” on July 21st, 2023, with Grace and Mercy being just one of the nine, autobiographical self-penned songs off the album.

The song Grace and Mercy is a song that Jennifer wrote from personal experience about the journey from brokenness to redemption. About the power of Grace and Mercy in the lives of fellow believers and offers that same hope to those who are still seeking.
The album takes from Jennifer’s musical influences, which include Country, Americana and Folk elements. Produced by Derek Elliotson (who also plays every instrument on the album, minus the electric guitar on “Bluebird” and “Never Get Weary” which is played by Nashville musician Samuel Glenn Daniel and gives the album that classic Nashville twang). Jennifer’s music is filled with stories from her own life and also from observing the world around her. Stories that cut to the core of the human experience that resonate with heavy truths, resilience and hope. With the ultimate goal of sharing that truth and hope with others.
Jennifer was born and raised in St.Catharines Ontario, Canada. She taught herself how to play the guitar when her dad gave her a guitar as a gift and used songwriting as a therapeutic way to get through the ups and downs of life. She was recently nominated in the Emerging Artist category back in her home town at the St.Catharines Arts Awards and is currently in the top 24 in the “Tin Pan South Songwriting Contest” in Nashville, Tennessee for her song “Bluebird”. She plays her music live for every type of crowd, having played everything from bars and lounges to festivals and everything in between.
Jennifer is currently working on her second full length album called “Sinners Like Me”, which will be released within the next few months. This album contains ten songs which she also wrote herself and will again be produced by Derek Elliotson.
