Ron W Carter brings decades of experience in the music and broadcasting industry to his current work as a songwriter and producer. Born in Indianapolis in 1961, he developed an early passion for music and went on to build a successful career in broadcasting beginning in 1980. Over the years, he has earned recognition including ADDY Awards, served as a Marconi finalist, and held key leadership roles such as Director of Creative Services at Bonneville Radio Chicago from 1995 to 2007.
In 2010, Carter transitioned into a role as Senior Production Editor at Family Life Communications Network in Tucson, Arizona, before retiring in 2014 to dedicate his life fully to songwriting and serving his faith through music. Today, he continues to write and produce music from his home on a 40-acre farm in Lake of the Ozarks, where he lives with his wife, Sherrie.
