The Gospel Music Association (GMA) has unveiled the second round of performing artists for the 54th Annual GMA Dove Awards. The lineup includes Blanca and Jekalyn Carr, Elevation Worship, Ernie Haase & Signature Sound, Take 6, and Jason Crabb and Dylan Scott. There will also be a special performance featuring TobyMac, GRITS, Hulvey, and Social Club Misfits to celebrate the history and future of Christian hip hop. Host Tauren Wells revealed the performers live on-air during an episode of SiriusXM The Message’s The Olivia Lane Show.
The 54th Annual GMA Dove Awards will be exclusively broadcast on TBN and The TBN App on Friday, October 20th, at 8:00 p.m. ET and 10:00 p.m. ET. The audio simulcast will be available on SiriusXM’s The Message (channel 63) and the SiriusXM App. An encore presentation of the broadcast will air on TBN on October 27, 2023, at 8:00 p.m. ET and 10:00 p.m. ET. Tickets for the in-person Nashville event taking place on October 17th at the Allen Arena on the campus of Lipscomb University have already sold out.
The GMA also announced a lineup of presenters for the event, featuring well-known personalities from the music and entertainment industry. The presenters include Brian Courtney Wilson, Brooke Ligertwood, Chris Tomlin, Christine D’Clario, David Leonard, Dennis Quaid, Jenn Johnson, Jonathan McReynolds, Joseph Habedank, Julie Chen Moonves, Lauren Daigle, Limoblaze, Naomi Raine, Pastor Michael Todd, Point of Grace, Rachael Lampa, and Riley Clemmons. Tauren Wells will be hosting the event, and he will also be performing. Key partners for this year’s Dove Awards include Cantinas Arts Foundation, WieRok Entertainment, and Lipscomb University
