Globally renowned vocalist TAYA drops her premiere single, “Gonna Be Good” from her forthcoming sophomore solo album. Available today along with an accompanying music video, “Gonna Be Good” releases on the heels of an exciting new chapter for TAYA as she and her husband recently welcomed the birth of their first child, son Bo Benaiah Gaukrodger.
Taken from Matthew 6, “Gonna Be Good” is a joy-filled reminder for the listener to relax and not worry about missing out, but rather open their eyes to God-reality, where you will find all your everyday human concerns will be met.
“Going off a word I felt from the Lord, as I started writing for this next project it seemed I had a lot of concerns under the surface,” says TAYA. “So classic God, He used scripture and a melody to get my attention and in turn my confession realigned. My eyes were lifted, and my heart opened – ready to soar into the next thing God had for us. I may not know what comes next (a baby!!, stepping out yet again, touring as a family?!!) but I know that, with God, it’s Gonna Be Good!”
