Singer-songwriter and Bethel Music member, Josh Baldwin, is set to make his debut at the iconic Grand Ole Opry on August 17th. Best known for his Gold-certified single “Stand In Your Love,” featured on Bethel Music’s 2019 album “VICTORY,” Baldwin’s appearance at the Grand Ole Opry is highly anticipated. He also recently appeared on the album “Come Up Here” with the song “Time and Time Again.”
Expressing his excitement, Baldwin shared, “I’m so honored to be playing the Grand Ole Opry. Growing up in the South, the Opry has been a staple in my family… It just feels like hallowed ground in some ways to be able to be there and be a part of something that has been around for years and years.”
Following his Grand Ole Opry debut, Baldwin will join Anne Wilson on “The My Jesus Tour” this Fall. The tour consists of 20 dates across the US, starting on September 28th in Webster, TX, and concluding on October 29th in Wooster, OH.
Baldwin joined the Bethel Music Collective in 2014 and is known for songs like “Praises,” “You Deserve It All,” and “Stand in Your Love.” His latest album, “Where the Glory Is” (2022), reflects his journey with the Lord and a return to the roots of pure worship. The lead single from the album, “There Is Freedom,” reached notable positions on the Billboard Hot Christian Adult Contemporary and Hot Christian Songs charts. He has also been featured on several Bethel Music albums, further solidifying his presence in the Christian music scene.
