The 2023 Billboard Music Awards (BBMA) finalists have been officially announced, showcasing the year’s most successful artists across various genres of music. The annual live broadcast, known for its spectacular performances, unexpected collaborations, and buzzworthy pop culture moments, celebrates the impact and achievements of record-breaking artists. The BBMA honors artists who have contributed significantly to the music industry and those who use their music and platform to advocate for change in the community.
The 2023 BBMAs will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, November 19, 2023, at 8 p.m. ET / 5 p.m. PT on NBC and will also be available for live streaming on Peacock. This year’s awards are based on music consumption data from Billboard charts dated November 19, 2022, through October 21, 2023. The winners of the “Billboard Music Awards” are determined by fan interactions with music, including audio and video streaming, album and song sales, radio airplay, and touring.
