Colton Dixon is getting into the Christmas spirit early this year with the release of his original track, “Home For Christmas,” now available on all digital streaming platforms. This song brings a modern and whimsical feel to the idea of being home for the holidays.
For Dixon, who’s often on tour, the sentiment of the song holds special meaning. He reflects, “Being on tour all the time, there is nothing like being home for the holidays, and remembering the reason for the season with the ones you love around you.”
In addition to this holiday release, Colton Dixon will make his NFL debut on October 22nd when he performs the National Anthem for the defending Super Bowl champions, the Kansas City Chiefs. The Chiefs will be facing off against the LA Chargers at GEHA Field at Arrowhead Stadium, and the performance will be broadcast live on CBS. While Dixon has previously sung the National Anthem at a Nashville Predators NHL game, this will be his first experience performing at an NFL event in Kansas City.
