Following their successful collaboration in 2022 with “Gold,” which garnered over 3.5 million streams, Afrogospel trailblazer Limoblaze and Ada Ehi are back with “Talk & Do,” an enthusiastic track celebrating the power of faith. This marks Limoblaze’s eighth single of the year, coming after his recognition as one of Tidal’s Rising Artists to Watch in 2023.
Backed by a vibrant Nigerian Gospel Choir, this song combines Limoblaze’s joyful afrobeat sound with Ada Ehi’s comforting vocals to emphasize God’s faithfulness and provision. Limoblaze explains, “Talk & Do reinforces the concept of complete trust in God. The title is based on the idea that God keeps His word, and whatever He promises in His word, He will fulfill.” Alongside this single release are exclusive live performances by Limoblaze as part of their “Tidal Sessions” series, featuring performances of “Desire,” “Put It On God,” and “Talk & Do,” which you can watch here.
Less than a month ago, Limoblaze released his sixth single of the year, “My Matter,” featuring Nigerian Gospel Singer Victor Thompson and Becca Folkes, making “Talk and Do” his seventh new single this year. Despite achieving success on social media with songs like “Jireh (My Provider)” and “Desire,” and being recognized as a Rising Artist to Watch by Tidal, Limoblaze remains committed to consistently releasing new music. His goal is to empower young Christians to share the gospel and pursue their dreams. Limoblaze has also collaborated with Christian music stalwarts such as Lecrae, Travis Greene, Da Truth, KB, and more. With several albums under his belt, including “Blind” (2016), “Before Now” (2018), “Afrobeats Rap and Jesus” (2019), “Bridges” (2020), “God’s Favourite Baby” (2021), and “Sunday In Lagos” (2022), he continues to elevate the renowned afrobeat sound he’s known for with frequent new releases.
He is a two-time winner of the African Gospel Music and Media Awards (2018, 2019), the Crystal Awards Best International Act Award Winner (2019), and Premier Gospel Best International Act award winner.
