Christian hip-hop artist B.Hope is turning his personal journey of faith, recovery and transformation into music with his latest album, Resurrection, released on July 24, 2026.
The Macon, Georgia-based rapper, producer and audio engineer uses the project to tell a deeply personal story about overcoming addiction, leaving destructive habits behind and discovering a renewed sense of purpose through Jesus Christ. More than just another addition to his catalogue, Resurrection represents a new beginning for him both spiritually and musically.
B.Hope describes the album as a reflection of the person he has become following his decision to surrender his life to God. Having experienced the consequences of his past choices, he credits his renewed relationship with Christ for helping him break free from the habits that once held him back.
“This project is the rebirth of me musically and spiritually,” he explains. “I was dead when I was lost, but I’ve been made new. The old me is gone.”
That message of renewal runs throughout Resurrection, with songs exploring identity, faith, purpose and the everyday experience of living a changed life. The album features tracks including “Crash’n out!!” and “blessed & favored,” while connecting with earlier releases such as “purpose” and “what ya walk like?”
At the centre of B.Hope’s artistry is his mission, “Be Hope for the Streets.” He wants to reach people who may be dealing with addiction, hopelessness, personal struggles or difficult circumstances, using hip-hop as a way to introduce them to the hope he has found in Christ. Rather than speaking from a distance, he draws on his own experiences to make the message relatable.
Beyond his personal testimony, B.Hope brings considerable technical involvement to the album. A Full Sail University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Audio Production, he produced every track on Resurrection. He also worked with Living Hydro Music Group labelmates Ike Rhythm and JBurrell, while Paul Lapinski handled the mastering.
His connection with Living Hydro Music Group began in 2025, giving him an opportunity to collaborate with other artists working towards a shared goal of spreading the Gospel through music.
B.Hope has also started gaining attention within Christian hip-hop circles. His songs “purpose” and “what ya walk like?” have received airplay on Holy Culture Radio, including its SiriusXM platform. His releases have also appeared in Rapzilla’s submissions coverage, while he has been featured in an interview with Kingdom Grind Radio. He is a two-time winner of Holy Culture’s Weight or Wait competition.
In 2026, he was also named a Top 5 finalist in the international You, God’s Music Showcase. He travelled from Western Australia to San Antonio, Texas, to perform an original song at the Tobin Center, sharing the stage before Christian artists Jordan Smith, Jordan Feliz and Blanca.
For B.Hope, however, the growing recognition is ultimately an opportunity to take his message further. His ambition is to build a wider international audience and eventually pursue Christian music as a full-time touring career.
With Resurrection, B.Hope offers listeners more than motivational messages. He presents a testimony of how faith can change the direction of a life, while encouraging others to believe that their past does not have to determine their future.
The album is out now. Listeners can explore B.Hope’s music and find his official streaming platforms through his Linktree.
